It looks like it's not implemented yet. Some American mechanized infantry units tried using camo in the Summer/Autumn of 1944, but it was determined that it made them look too much like Waffen-SS. It could be meant for that. Alternately, maybe it will be used to give us infantry with Armored Division shoulder patches. I wish the uniform option menu were more open.
