Georgie
I made a basic 4000m x 3744m map with lots of contours, lots of heavy forest and trees, 2 battalions armor and 2battalions infantry for the US and the same for the Axis. I didn't attempt to play it but it loaded with no problems in the editor. Heavy forest was about 90 percent of the map. This is with a PC and the 1.10 patch and the basic game.
Arnoldio
How do you achieve such map sizes? Max ive been able to stretch was something over 2k both ways... Or is this new in 1.10?

Cogust
Anroldio, You can increase the map in four directions and 2kms in each direction makes it 4x4kms. It's been that way since release, you can't increase the map 4km up though so you'll have to do 2kms up and 2kms down.
phil stanbridge
That's incredible. I am simply loving the large scenarios the CW module offers. They add a scope of realism and immersion that doesn't exist in much smaller battles.

Thanks!
Cogust
Yes, I did the exact same thing myself until I started to wonder how other people got 4x4km maps and then I got my eureka moment.
