Sgt Schultz Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 I bet the answer is just too obvious for me to see, but what is the difference between the specialist team FO and the independent formation FO? Are there any possible benefits or penalties involved with choosing either one from a design standpoint? It's not like we can attach a team FO to a battery formation... which is what I wanted. I am looking for greater granularity in targeting times beyond using only the experience modifier, and was hoping that a variable existed somewhere in the different FOs and their C2 relationships to the associated batteries. Pandur Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 a difference in CMSF was that a FO inherent to a formation would get faster response times from the assets inherent to this formation. a independent FO would not get this bonuses for the same battery as he does not belong to the formation. as least this was very noticable on syrian side, not sure about NATO. i guess something like that is also in CMBN. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
