This mod offers you the choice between four splash backgrounds featuring British, Polish, Canadian or, as a bonus, Free French forces. To install, create sub-folder named Z in Data folder and unzip the files there. Rename the image you want to use by removing the nation prefix from the file name so the name is "splash background.bmp".Contains small parts. Commonwealth module not required.
