krinn Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 I have played the demo quite a bit and like the game. I'm especially impressed with how the developer responds to posts. However, the screen size is killing me. My eyes are tired after an hour of playing. I've tried Global and Pacific demos but have same issue. I have a 19" screen but the game is about 14" even at Full Screen option. Any idea why it won't take the whole real estate? I have Win 7 64 bit laptop. It appears there are more mods and interest in SC Global. Should I buy it because it will be around longer? I like WW1 because there are a million WW2 games already, but will it get old with a handful of campaigns available. Any input, keep it nice, would be appreciated! Try deleting the sc2 configuration file which should be in the root directory and restarting the game. You should then get the option to select screen size and resolution when it restarts. I was WW2 only player until a friend asked me to try WW1 and now WW1 is my game of choice for what it is worth. Hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Hubert Cater Posted January 27, 2012 Share Posted January 27, 2012 I would also suggest trying several different resolution options in the SETTINGS dialog in game to see if that helps and picking one that matches more closely to your native resolution.
