Trying to get my username??

OK can't seem to recall my repository username....have the email and password for my account but can't see an option for getting my username sent to my emai?

Any ideas. Of course my forum account does not allow me access to the repository account. Never did understand that oh well. Any ideas?

The 'forum' account is separate from the 'Repository / Store / Helpdesk' account. To reset your password for the Repository / Store / Helpdesk, use this password reset page (off of the main page 'Forgot your password ?').

Yes used that already....I see no way to retrieve ones username though associated with the email/password or am I just blind.

ps why is the forum account seperate from the repository? Would it not just be easier to have one longin for battlefront?

The reason why there are two separate logins is that they are two separate pieces of software. Integrated them would involve a separate system to manage logins and may have additional issues.

Your 'password reset' email should have your username near the top of the email. Your username is typically the FIRST 25 CHARACTERS of your email address at the time you created the account (including all punctuation, '@', '.').

Finally got it to run. I did NOT include punctuation and it worked. Thanks though.
