Mercury Posted October 1, 2006 Share Posted October 1, 2006 I've got the CDV version and when I try to install it, the patch cannot automatically find the directory with the game on. I'm left with an option to 'browse' but cannot seem to get it to find the correct folder to install to. It keeps wanting to install to a 'new folder' in the CMAK folder rather than installing over the old exe - any suggestions? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Schrullenhaft Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 According to this thread, you need to uninstall CMAK, reinstall it and then patch it with the 1.03 patch. I'm not absolutely sure that uninstalling CMAK is necessary or not. According to the above thread the executable is located in the C:/Program Files/Combat Mission 3 Afrika Korps/Run directory. If the patch still doesn't find the files, then just make sure you know where it copies the files to (some subdirectory) and then you'll need to manually copy the files to the appropriate directories once the installer is done. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
