Rookie
Sending a Check is not that big of a deal. If you are skittish about it spend a few extra dollars and send it certified return receipt requested. That way you'll know it was received. Steve can also confirm va email it was received to quell your fears... ------------------ -Rookie Cactus Air Force Homepage

Arien
return receipt requested is done at the post office.. it lets you know when BTS gets your letter with the check.. they sign for your letter and you get a return receipt tell you what day they got the post.. also get a money order if you don't want to send a check.. hope this helps
JMcGuire
Er... a money order won't be a lot of help. It's essentially equivalent to cash, a lot less secure than a check. Sending a certified letter is the thing to do, as you suggested. I don't know about over there, but over here, with a confirmation (which gets mailed back to you from the post office), it costs me about US$1.50 to send a certified letter.
