 CMBN and CMFI both have British / Commonwealth forces that use the No4 Mk1 lee enfield (also the No.3 SMLE in CMFI).

[Pershings............a few questions?]

From what I've read only one T26 E4 'super pershing' pilot model made it to germany before wars end. Regarding the issue of the pershings being underpowered, after the war 1948 I think, they were fitted with a more powerful eng and improved gun and reclassified as the M46. Picture is of 'super pershing'.

 My twopeneth, I reckon, first more details on the BAOR module for 'cold war' hopefully with screens of some of the new units. Second, more details of the various battlepacks in development. Finally CM3 bombshell announcement probably hypothetical modern war, nowhere near ukraine (puts crystal ball back in cupboard).

Battlefront has it's own military customers nowadays with 'Professional', so maybe we will see some engineering assets in a future modern title.

Thanks for checking guys, looking like a corrupted install. I'll leave things as they are, as everything else seems to be working ok. Can't remember the last time I played with the sturmtiger anyway.

Thanks for that, I've been doing a few tests on this problem, firstly the issue only shows up in winter conditions, no snow on the ground and the sturmtiger shows up normal. Secondly the problem shows up if you buy the vehicle individually or as part of the 'sturmoser' unit. Lastly I tried using the sturmtiger .mdr file from 'Red thunder', but this didn't cure the issue. Anyway the rest of the game is running so well I don,t want Hex it by reinstalling, so I will live with it unless anything else shows up.

That's a possibility, I wanted to have a look at all the units in the game, so loaded a quick battle and bought one of everything  available. First commonwealth forces - no problems, then the germans - thats when I saw the sturmtiger like this, everything else looks correct. I am running some winter vehicle mods so that maybe causing issues. I will try taking them out and see if it makes a differance. Just for information  I am running the battlefront version of the game.

Just noticed this while reviewing the german vehicles in Downfall.

I loaded the 'Jujus ui ver.6 unity mod' for Final blitzkrieg and that already covers most things even for commonwealth units. The only things missing are the brand new not seen before units (pershing, comet, RAM apc etc) so a update for these would be welcome, other projects allowing.

In my opinion the 'no download required' statement can be misleading, that only works if you have the latest game version already installed.

To have the 'downfall' module you need to download the version 2.10 installer from the patches page on the battlefront web site. Once downloaded unzip the file and run the installer, after installation you will have final blitzkrieg base game v2.10 (check version on the start screen). Quit the game and look for the 'activate new product' icon (should have been placed on your desktop) run this and it will prompt you to input the activation key (copy and paste this from the 'my orders' page on the battlefront website) if it works correctly it will say 'successful activation' . launch game and you will see the 'downfall' icon (bottom left on start screen) then, happy gaming!

Note: the login details for the store are different to that of the forum. If you have lost the store details then contact Elvis he should be able to help.

Note 2: Above steps are for windows system, no idea about mac procedure.

Ok then if the cats out of the bag, just downloaded and installed. Encountered a couple of issues, Norton didn't like the installer and kept trying to block the installation, luckily my daughter who is more computer savvy was around and managed to get Norton to cooperate. Second was a corrupt download which stopped the installation near the end, fortunately I was able to 'roll back' the installation and re downloaded the file.

Game now running well and 'CMBO' is finally retired.

 Thank you, unfortunately I lost my mojo with modelling recently, but it helped fill alot of time during lockdown. Hopefully I will go back to it at some point.

Sure I read in the manual some time ago that weapons below .50 calibre cannot cause friendly casualties just suppression. Larger weapons can cause casualties, unless this as changed recently.
