Trying to do a pass on finer details, but without edited bump maps they don't look so good. Still looking for input.

There are really very limited ways one can take these screens. I found that adding vehicle information clutters the screen, adding real images breaks the continuity with in-game graphics (at least for me), so the only coherent way is sort of what I did above.

And just to compliment the textures, I've redone (and expanded) the force specific loading screens to match your vehicles in-game. They now will now look something like this:

Yes, there is a count with a breakdown of what and where on that site. 30 or so vehicles in total, including an IS-3 :D.

None if you have already decided. However, a staggering number of 432 documented vehicles (!) have changed sides during the conflict. February 2015 alone saw 150 Ukrainian vehicles trophied by LNR/DNR republic. About 23 SPG's have been captured altogether, which I think is what is shown in your previous picture.

Here's version 0.1. I've added a bit of flavor to several models, trying not to go overboard. Ukrainian army is not so hot on tactical markings, instead, "aggressor lines", emblems and country regalia are their hot stuff. Preview.

Perhaps a little more used to western type of marketing so it doesn't strike you as much? "Restoring bla bla" is just as much of a "corporate" vocab, just local one here. In any case, if you want to discuss an MBT program that crashed hard, ob. 640 isn't really it Ob. 195 is a much better pick.

Aaand, to necro this thread a bit, I've been adjusting the solid green to the Ukranian tone of it. I am quite satisfied with the tone of it and, with luck, I might have a full download by end of Monday.

What kind of damage are we looking at?
Hard to say since we don't know exactly at which angle did the jet impacted. From the outside, I would expect most of right side front and top ERA bricks to be off, shtora jammer and both frontal LWR's to be off and and KO on gunner's optical sight. Depending on weather the thermal sight was covered or not, that could be damaged too. If the jet managed to penetrate, perhaps some autoloader damage could have happened too.

In defense circles, there was still a lot of trumpeting how much it was real and soon to be in production from my recollection. It may have been purely company fluff, but the tight link between government and defense industry in Russia makes it hard to judge sometimes just how unofficial statements may or may not be.
I think it is hard to distinguish things like that in all countries. A factory makes a self funded project and everyone inclined jumps on wishful thinking wagon. Interest generated by Black Eagle led to MoD funded Burlak project on T-90 base which was also successfully canned. Perhaps that is where the confusion comes from.

Never. It was not an MoD funded project and was never even evaluated for production or service.

The tank hasn't yet appeared on Snackbar twitters as of yet, so I assume it got away. Not sure how the commander fared in this, but assuming gunner got out, commander had even better chances.

Not Syrian crews. SAA does not operate T-90 variants at present. It is either a full Revolutionary Guards crew, or part IRGC, part Hezbollah crew.
