  1. As I know now the size and weight of vehicles was a major factor by shot callers in the US military command.  The simple fact that everything had to lifted in the hold of a ship to make the crossing to the battlefield.  Not only that the Pershing's width made it difficult to transport via rail to the dock yards of the time.  If you could not lift it or could not transport it to where it was to be employed in combat it was little use.  While the Germans had use of interior lines of supply and could shift forces around the battlefield quite rapidly.  However as we all know their brain trust that tactical and strategic genius Adolf Hitler was calling the shots.

  2. Hey Steve anyone who has been around this forum as long as most of us know how much work goes into these one of kind games...In my opinion the length of time your company has been around speaks for it's self.  As for me I've spent my game money on my GD ice machine in my frig....That 300.00 large.  If have to wait than that's the way it goes.

  3. Well talk about bailing....CMFI the scenario named "Catch a tiger", which has a disabled tiger tank being assailed by infantry.. Well I tinkered with the units and gave my guys a whole bunch of arty, 155 and 105 stuff.  I plastered the tiger with god knows how many rounds and that crew would not bail from that tank after several minutes of indirect fire.  Finally the cat took a direct hit from a 105 and they got blow away... Those German tankers sure got guts and it's 4.0 version.

  4. I do not think it is whining..who else do we have to type/vent to..Not my wife that's for sure.  I check the website everyday looking for some update, some tid bit or news about the coming games.  I check the forum as well.   I would just like to see something on the website that is less than two or three months old.  I don't think that is too much to ask.  But I am on the outside looking in.  I am sure the guys are hard at work on these games.  Some little information would be very welcome indeed.
