Struggling with the Game Editor

I have done quite a bit of editing of scenarios (mainly world at war and alliance of alliance so far) and have had no problems. Why? Because I did not mess with or go anywhere near the AI scripts. -
Is there a current discussion thread on what is being contemplated for change? If so, a link would be great being I have some observations to add. Thanks.
