I was afraid of that. Was this a problem with CMSF and variants as well?

I'm having minor graphics issues. I have an Intel i3 graphics card and Windows 64 bit. My RAM/processor are above minimum specs. But I get these grey pixels obscuring the text in the text boxes. The game runs fine and I have experimented with all the settings. The green text with unit details in-game is fine, it's the place-names and buttons both in the main menu, briefing and in-game. I can post a screen-shot if that helps. I can still read everything, but I've pre-ordered so I hope there is a fix for it.

Also, anything shipped from abroad (including the US) into Canada will sit in customs for eternity. I remember trading some games with a guy from Scotland once - his arrived in a week, mine took about six weeks.

I like the washed out look. Take a look at Afghanistan in Google Earth, it looks pretty gloomy - not that I've ever been there. Plus it lends itself to that Cold War feel. That said, I wouldn't turn down some flashy vehicle mods.

How do I watch the movie at the beginning? My game defaults directly to the menu.

Nothing. Didn't seem logical to me but I thought I'd ask. I came in late to CMSF and I'm kind of wallowing in all the extra modules and units. I tried the demo and the game looks fantastic, especially as I am a Cold War buff, but I am frankly hoping there are no modules, especially in the "could have been" arena, just to keep things nice and relatively simple. The demo for this game is fantastic, by the way. Not that I don't like CMSF - it's just been a steep learning curve.

I've looked at the manual, the website and browsed this forum, but I can't find the answer: will there be modules for this game like CMSF? If this has been addressed somewhere please point me to it, and gently smack me upside the head.
