The game works flawlessly in single player the prolem is just in multiplayer

athon 64X2 5200, XP 2 gig ram, 8800GTX I and two others set about to play TCP nobody could get the game to work. Note: we could connect but it repeatedly froze and didnt complete loading. we could move about the battlefield but it wouldnt load. When it managed to load I got an error message and had to drop out, when I didnt get the error message ("CMSF HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND MUST CLOSE") my opponent got the message and he had to drop out. First I tried to connect with Mike and when he gave up I tried to play 1812. It wouldnt work. Before 1.04 I could play on the internet but the frames were slow but I could play. I think the game is more playable. In fact I am frequently in the proving ground chat hoping for a game

Matt resolved my issue which was partly because of a typo when I set my email

I bought the game for on line delivery of CMSF on 8/10/07 using the e-mail address of bheilbrunn54@comcast.net. I lost the download page before getting the download code. Because I made a mistake with my e mail address (.com instead of dot net) I never got confirmation by email (I was using a new email address). I e mailed support but got no response. I paid $45 but never downloaded the game. I am sure that you want to do the right thing. Please send me the download code plus instructions to bheilbrunn54@comcast.net. I point out that I also bought cmbb and TOW by download and didn't have the problem. I am a regular customer
