Question. I see that some helmets have Camo Covers and some do not. Is it Possible to put the Waffen SS decal on the helmet's without Covers?

No these are not historical. They were used by usmc in the Pacific.

Should be mixed in with both Fusiliers and Panzer Grenadiers.
