ToW purchase DVD comes with an activation key like any other game does. So if I upgrade my PC, I can put type in that same activation key from the manual or DVD case?

That is amazing! I have seen a pic of a Sherman from the commanders (hatch view). Is there a shot of this perpective from a soldiers point of view?

Theirs is the Glory was filmed at Arnhem using two of the streets and other areas of the town. Its worth a look. Its where Bridge too Far came from.
