I am downloading from sweden so what i usually get from the US around 50-60 KB/s wich is not outstanding but okey for me. Around 15 kb/s as i get now simply never happend before.

I just started to download your demo again from the Boomtown site and its going almost at 60 kb/sec, its still my fault that your game download is slow is it? Pherhaps Battlefront could move the game download to Boomtown too? So I could get it before Christmas!

What should i look for? Loss % or what?

Just, tried to download T2CM demo from madminute game site and it is 50+ kb/sec, easy almost 5 times quicker than this site here. So it is your site i believe, ok?

its going on around 17 kb/sec. Will take around 30+ hours to complete. I do hope someone from battlefront will look at this. Ridicolous!! :mad:

Hi there, Im 38 soon to be 39, from Sweden. Been playing computer conflict games since the 80s. Currently i am enjoying silent Hunter 3, Take command 2nd mannassas and WW2online. Older games i remember fondly are, for amiga; Firebrigade and Harpoon, for PC, V for victory series and Avalon Hill WW2 games.

Just pre-ordered ToW. It felt gooooood!

Just saw a cool Russian movie "9th legion". It was about para units fighting in afghanistan. It is suposed to be based on true story where a company was left and forgotten behind at a desolate plateu to face hordes of afghans charging them. I liked it. Would be a cool scenario. Although the pair of hinds saving the last few survivors at the end would have to be left out then.....theirs no hinds in this game? No Hinds, thats uncool. Difficult to say, I have actually not seen that many pictures off ww2 trenchlines. WW1 pics of the same is more common though it seems. And those ww1 ones seems to have been put wherever the fighting grinded to a halt, including smack in the middle of open fields. I supose the same goes for WW2 trenches too.

I am in here daily now, just checking for any news on the games release. I DO hope it will be soon!!! This game seems to have the stuff in it to make it a huge success. a Demo would be nice too!

Yes it is the battlefield 3d figures i was refering to. So nothing to do about them then?

So, i have just installed the game and the first thing i notice is the infantry/ tank personas. They are so ugly i find it difficult taking the game seriuosly. Are there any mod that makes them actually bareble looking at? Sorry for being negative, everything else in the game looks okey though.
