two thumbs up for everyone at BFC. looking forward to a great gaming experience.

yeah, I guess we can always count on that. :eek:Originally posted by GunzAbeam:next shift of whiners show up ...LOL

it's only 4:30 PM EST here in the USA. So, there's plenty of time for a release tonight.
if not, perhaps tomorrow. to the complainers, just concentrate * cough * on your real life issues * cough * and you'll be playing the game before you know it.

the picture of the knocked out Tiger is depressing.
nice screenies though! thanks.

good points on all accounts. I can't get at the game till tomorrow night or the weekend either.Originally posted by Silverswift:Not really caring about the demo at all, having preordered it. Been too busy all week to play any games at all, so I'm a OK. Like I said before, only 20% of people who try demos buy the full game, so when the 80% passerbys clear out, there should be alot of interesting topics around here, like tactics, weapon capabilities, real history, etc.

hmmmm, bad move there chief. I made sure mine was safely moved to the "storage" part of my e-mail program, and printed a copy.
good luck. is the rest of your life thaty disorganized?

gosh, it must be a pressing time for them. lots of coffee I imagine.

thanks for the feedback. can't wait to play it this weekend!!Originally posted by devildog0514:Its Awesome!
Battles are highly detailed. Watchin Incoming Tank rounds ping of the Armour of the Panther is awesome. Then watchin the Panther turn its turret and fire back.. Boom Russian T34 went up in flames.
Iv found the game to be hard.. But thats what makes it fun. Enemy Tanks try to flank.. Id say its safe to say that to play this game you need some sort of Knowledge of real world tactics..

this place needs more positive threads. good work.

anyone else but me not really caring about the demo? I mean, the game (the real game, the whole game) is out tomorrow.
who cares about a demo? I'll sit down with some beers tomorrow night (4/19) and enjoy the full game. And you damn sure won't catch me complaining abouit tedious crap on here like over 50% of the people here do.
And on a related topic, does the release of a demo bring out the quick-to-judge complaining morons or what? I swear it's happened in every single game I've followed on a message board. it's no wonder companies loath having to release a demo.
gotta love the modern human.

oh I sure am.Originally posted by pwncake:you can alway try Vergeltung but i dont think you are just the right man

excellent thread topic. I personally would enjoy kicking the complainers right in the teeth.Originally posted by Valgua:I've read a lot of angry messages yesterday and I really don't understand why. Stop whining about the pre-release. You will all get this game soon enough. I pre-ordered ToW with the 10$ in mind, considering the pre-release only a small additional benefit. Small because every player with some experience know very well that the common policy with pre-orders is not to pre-release the game at all, and in the few cases this happens the game is pre-released with only a few hours "lead". With the pre-order you have the chance to get the DL and boxed version (with printed manual!) saving money (In practise I saved expedition costs entirely), so I don't understand your great animosity towards BFC. Cool down and relax. By the way, it's Wednesday so I have to work during day time and sleep at night. I can fill my few free hours with my other wargames. I'll be glad to try ToW during the weekend.
Bye,
Filippo

Maybe an even earlier preorder?

It comes from Friday, October 13th 1307, when the French king Phillip ( the V??) had all the Templar Knights arrested on trumped up charges, and essentially destroyed one of the most famous and influential religioius/military orders in Western Civilization.
the 700 year anniversary of the event approaches. I bet it gets alot of press this Fall.
it's a compelling story. I recommend reading up on it.

trivia question; does anyone know where the tradition/superstition concerning Friday the 13th comes from?Originally posted by Avwriter:Battlefront, use your power wisely and make Friday the 13th a lucky day! Well, at least for for those of us who preordered

barely 48 hours away m'man.Originally posted by Reichenberg:Who cares for the demo when the actual game download is around the corner..... when was that again??

it's a nice (hopeful) idea though. I mean, a whole 24-48 hours of time with the manual in the "reading room" (pOOp!) would be awesome.
-
dude, it's been discussed and re-puked up 50,000 times already. no one cares.
just wait for the damn game like everyone else m'man!

ok, then, how about a cure for cancer?Originally posted by crazyman56:Nice but never going to happen.

so, as I was saying, these "where is the demo?" threads are a complete waste. so, let's talk about something else;
how about World Peace?
