Odd. According to Russian media, he lived in Dagestan, so probably he is from 136th Guard motor-rifle brigade of 58th CAA. 9. which will make the defeat of this force all the more devastating. It is just a matter of time and with what is likely the best of the RA dead, in POW camps or wet from swimming the river with no weapons... what is Russia going to hold the south with if it doesn't get this force back across the river?

  12. for sure not but people do vote with their feet and both China and Russia see more people voting to leave for the West than they see folks from the west immigrating. When the gov't can just take away whatever you have or allow their cronies to do so with no legal repercussions it isn't just the freedoms but the sense of a rule of law.

  17. not surprising. China has been their worst enemy for decades.
  18. One of my major projects in the last couple years before I retired was to deploy a VoIP network in India. What a clusterfk. It was the WORST place I have had to work with, and I've done some 55 countries. Nothing compared to the amount of pure bureaucratic under the table financial shenanigans and that includes having done China, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. I wouldn't hold out much hope for India unless their defense industry makes sure they don't copy their telecom industry. I had to do 2 trips for face-to-face meetings because our consultants couldn't be sure what the gov't regulations would or wouldn't allow.
