Force Feedback Joystick Support?
klugman replied to Armored Fist 1994's topic in T-72: Balkans on Fire!
Making a "button profile" would have no affect on the force feedback. The game/sim has to support FF for it to work. -
I can get 30+ fps without the grass and its alot smoother. The grass kills it. 10 to 25 fps.

Leopard1, t34, sherman, t55, t72 - is that it?

I like study sims much more than multi platform sims. It would be cool to have the leopard though. -
Just got the full game - Outstanding Sim!

I remember playing Microproses M1 Tank Platoon about 10-12 years ago, and thinking to myself "this is awesome". I remember the user friendly command interface. I wish T-72 would just clean up the map area and make it more user friendly with controlling units, and giving waypoints. It also needs better in tank views, and tc view. I never said a thing about faulty ballistics, or the fcs. I do know that when driving an M-9 ACE (armored combat earthmover) it feels as though you are floating. I would imagine it feels the same in all modern armor. As for older armor I couldnt say. -

This game is an alright tank sim. Not as realistic or user friendly as SB, but it has potential. I cant wait for the patch to arrive. -
What about the patch now?

Its just like when I was in the Army...Hurry up and wait. -
I used to think XP was garbage as well. It is garbage straight out of the box, but with a little TLC, and lots of tweaking it beats the heck out of 98. I think it is time for you to create a dual boot system. I have 3 hard drives. One for win98se. One for xp, and one that is for music. Xp is a very stable platform. I have NEVER had a crash because of XP. Dont knock it till you try it.

I hate it when I break the trax on some small rock I didnt see because of the grass. Usually behind enemy lines, and in a valley.

I have mine set for 45 minutes and it is scary as heck, sitting just waiting for an attack to happen with you dead in the water.

Could you make it where you can fire the AA gun, without using the sight. Sure would make it easier to zero in on infantry.

Buy a Joystick, and get IL-2 instead, lol.

Stefan, Didnt I state that I wasnt griping? (complaining), but just trying to help? I realize that an o/c'd pc is unstable, but I have no troubles with any other software on my system. Besides that, all an AMD 2500+ Barton is, is an underclocked 3200+ Barton. There are too many so-called experts on this board.

I just want to state that my game was ctd'ing frequently when I was overclocking my cpu. Now since I quit O/C-ing it dosnt crash at all no matter how long I play (or sit and wait for my treads to be repaired). I have absolutely no spyware onboard my system, and also have an audigy sound card. This game is the only simulation (out of about 40) on my system that has a problem with me overclocking. As soon as I overclock again boom CTD. I have tried all that you have stated, and still I crash when I overclock. I'm not griping at all mind you, I'm just trying to help.
