  1. The Frikorps Danmark was organized as a motorized infantry battalion, and was originally intended to be part of the SS Div "Wiking", but ended up supporting SS Div "Totenkopf" in the Demjansk pocket. Later on, the Frikorps was disbanded, and the personnel scattered among other units. Quite a few of them ended up in SS Div "Nordland". This division was partially staffed by Scandinavians, and included an inf rgt "Dänemark", commanded by Per Sørensen, a former Frikorps officer. They fought alongside Army Group North in the Baltic states, and eventually ended up defending Berlin in 1945.
  2. Yeah, change the nick, please and no hard feelings. About the music: When I was unemployed some years ago, I used to watch job ads on the TV. It took and hour or so to get through them, and the only music they played, every day, every week, was "Night on Bald Mountain"!
  3. A Pacific campaign, with lots of amphibious warfare capability. Or a CMBO remake brought up to CMAK standard, with the D-Day landings included, and with the German campagins in 1939 and 1940 added.
  4. If we forget CM for a while and look at the "real thing", the T-34 wins hands down. It was reasonably effective (armour, firepower, mobility), easy to maintain, and it was cheap and quick to build in huge numbers. And remember, the first T-34's appeared in 1940! Back when state-of-the-art German armour was the Panzer IV ausf. D!
