  1. Come on. Have you even looked at the CMMOS program? Believe me, this question is kind of silly. But to answer your question--NO. LC--I understand. CMMOS is a lot easier with CMBB, but figuring it out for CMBO took some messing with--at least for me. Remember, not all Mods are CMMOS compatible. As far as the Icons that you see, the limitation is that you have to remember what Mods, or ,for example, divisional markers you've "applied". The way that I use CMMOS is by evaluating the armor/infantry I have for a scenerio/operation and then going to CMMOS and applying the Mods that are the most relavent or desirable--then trying to kick some ass. Remember, no matter what your tanks look like, it's still nice to see them taking "enemy" tanks out. And I'd like to give a "high five" (remember, kids could be reading this) to the developers of CMMOS and the Mods compatible with the program. Having control over Mods like this is absolutely awesome. I've definetly enjoyed it in CMBB and CMBO. Cheers
  2. Oh yes, I to plan on spending more time playing this game than I should--my grad thesis does call. However, the scary part for me is that you can never "conquer" this game. I've been playing for about 2 months but have just recently joined in the forums. I agree, it does seem like a rather articulate bunch. But enough of this, I need to read more posts on tactics--And get back to playing. Nothing teaches like experience. Cheers
  3. Central Coast I ment, not Central Valley (hellish, yes). Those hard working fishermen in Morro Bay would be heart broken to be compared to those hard working folks in the Central Valley. My point was more towards mentality than towards ecology. As far as SB goes, it's certainly in a very different ecological zone than anything farther north than Point Conception--Not to put to fine a point on it. I don't want this to get too far away from the point of this post if it hasn't already. In any case, I'm stoked to see that people are from such varied locals!
  4. Santa Barbara CA. Still can't figure out if that's Central or Southern Cali. Cheers
