Once upon a time, CMBB wasn´t there, I spent my time with CMBO. A great thing was that tiny little program that allowed to put all video scences together to make a real movie out of a single game. Is there anything like this exisiting for CMBB ? And if so where can I get it ?

I use Microsoft´s Internet Explorer v6.0 with Windows XP pro.

I tried to join the CMHQ chat but haven´t been able to all the time. The page CMHQ CHAT appears and the following is written: This application requires Java support. This server also available via IRC at: irc://localhost:7000/ . On using the link my browser tells me the page has not been found. Do I have to change my browser settings? If yes, which and how ? A little help would be quiet a nice thing !!

After installing the patch v1.02 the updated version index doesn´t appear. Instead of this the old one is still there (v1.01). Nevertheless the installation wizzard tells me that the installation is done properly. Does anyone has an idea?

Next month I´ll get a DSL internet connection and as a great friend of Combat Mission I want to play a TCP/IP then. I will use the XP-firewall together with ZoneAlert. Does that work and do I have to open a special port for that? Is my computer still protected against hacker attacks and so on? How to get a partner for a game?

Is it possible to give the FO´s an order to use a limited number of ammo? The problem is that the arty keeps on firing until you cancel the aiming of the FO in the next turn. To manage a good attack or counter-attack it would be very useful that the arty fires until the attack starts and infantry groups or AFV´s enter the fire zone. But the infantry runs into fire zones although the arty still fires. When you could order for instance to fire for 20 sec only it would be easier to to coordinate an attack or counter-attack.
