No worries MG-42. Your illusion of stockholm is a real one indeed. Good thing we are fairly normal here in Gothenburg .Damn Salkin...you've shattered my illusions. I was convinced that the streets of Stockholm were full of chefs maniacally darting around the shops wielding meat cleavers..sigh!!!Regards

Sorry to hear that you don't play more tcp/ip than you do, well it'll be interesting to hear what your fellow developers has to say on the subject.
Oh , and I also have to say that your customer support is equal to none (I ordered the strategy guide).
Other developers (should you choose to answer) I'm really interested in what sides you play at the moment and why =) .

If Steve and the boys find out you can play this game, they'll never get any work done.
The reason I ask this is that people who work 8 hours each day on a game sometimes spend their remaining time doing other things (to take a break from the game so to speak).
Okay...that's all I wanted to say .
Anyways ...thanks for all the smart remarks, it keeps my post on the first page .

All talented developers here at Battlefront I have an interesting question for you :
*Are you playing CMBB yourselves ?
*If you do, do you play TCP/IP or PBEM (or maybe even hotseat), and who is your opponent ?
*Which side do you prefer at the moment, and why? AXIS/ALLIES
Thankfull for answers (sorry if the questions been asked before).

Is it legal to bet on the outcome ?
Maybe we should adjust the odds a bit, remember MG thought it was an attack scenario at first...

I totally agree with your points Michael, but I also think there is positive things about El Cids way of going about things.
I never really got hooked on scenarios (I play mostly quick battles), but I was thinking about DLing the solopack. This would give me only good scenarios and I wouldn't be put off by a bad one, and maybe I would start playing scenarios too.
Another positive thing is that people who DL this stuff would maybe discover what a great mapmaker mr Dorosh is and start DLing more of your stuff from the scenario Depot.
Anyways in the end I still think it's the mapmakers decision.

Hi all.
I've been lurking here since before CMBO and finally I have gathered enough courage to post .
First :
(fanboy part of post)
I own CMBO , CMBB and the CMBB strat guide.
All of these products are great. I also like the interest you take in your customers here at Battlefront.com (Madmatt, Steve ...you know who you are ).
All this has been said before but you need to be reminded of this so you keep up the good work.
Secondly:
(Actual question)
This is to all the grogs out there (you are also great by the way). Like all questions this has probably been asked before and yes I know where the search button is , but I feel my first post need a question so :
Did special forces exist during ww2 (like Spetsnaz) ?
I'm guessing no,(special forces seems more adapted to todays mobile forces) but It would be nice if you proved me wrong.
I suppose paratroopers can qualify as special forces... Well tell me what you think .
