  1. If the area provides enough cover , you can easily swarm and damage heavier tanks such as Panzer IV, Stugs and even panthers.

T-70 is a really cool weapon.

It may be gamey but using them as decoys is also a fairly good option.

Great post JasonC....I have failed to read many of your earlier posts but my friend says you are the nr1 grog ;) .

    Isn't this a great game !

The troops still show on screen as Conscripts but in your example will fight, rout and move as Regulars. The description on screen does not change but you should notice that they aren't breaking at the first shot and are firing at you more effectively.

    Thanks, Rex .

I noticed they could take a lot of punishment before braking compared to previously encountered conscript troops :D .

  4. Ok, all vets on the board.

I did a few searches but nothing came up (but I'm sure it's been talked about before).

I recently played a QB versus the computer.

I gave the computer 25% extra points and a +2 experience bonus to make things interesting.

I played for a while and to my astonishment the computer had brought a few conscript and green troops to the battle.

How is that possible when I gave him a +2 experience bonus.

Since my settings are: computer quality troops medium, he should have at least veteran troops.

I'm sure there's an easy answer.

    Enlighten me smile.gif .

Well , after checking out the latest Peng thread, something just didn't feel right about Sgtgoodys answer...

  6. On the other hand (ladder players wont agree with this) :

What if there has been a long struggle between the two sides and your opponent has the definite upper hand . He has three AFVs vs your single AFV. It looks like you're a dead duck , but then one of his tanks bog and your chances increase.....voila fun factor increases for you.

This type of discussion has recently been had in another thread , I just wanted to add my 2 cents.

Check out the "Has luck replaced skill " thread.
