We use nomex hoods to cover everything the mask doesn't (including ears), never really had a problem with it. Also, our fire helmets have a flap that comes down to provide extra protection around the neck. Not to mention the collar provides a lot of protection itself. Backdraft/Firestorm was a unrealistic movie at best. Most American firefighters do not go running into full blown structure fires with their gear hanging open. And while your right about being smart with water usage, water damage is not a major concern of mine when I'm fighting a full blown structure fire. Now if its containted to one room, I see your point. Thanks! and damn right, he's come a long way since last year.

lol yeah, you jealous? Can't say I have, although I did in training (during a live burn). Never saw firestorm, although Kurt Russel..... do you mean Backdraft? and yes, ours doesn't cover the ears. In fact, I've never worn a mask that DOES cover the ears.

I'd be happy to. Burger King is a ****hole, McDonalds is not. Hope this clears things up. And no, MySpace is NOT a dating service! In all fairness though, I don't really blame you for making this thread. You (and anyone else who joined in the past year) never had a chance to experience the SC/SC2 forums in their former glory. So you don't know any better, you just joined and found this godless mess. Believe it or not, we had all the threads consisting of intelligent conversation one could ask for. We had tons of SC tournaments, ladders, and “big name games” going on at any one time. And we actually had REAL smack talk / competition, not the cheap shots you see today. Unfortunately, all that stuff is gone for the time being, but it will return when SC2 is released. So "lets all calm down in here"....

I don't think Battlefront has ever disclosed the number, so people won't make random posts just to get to that set number. I wouldn't worry about it, I don't recall it taking that long.

I'm not always hostile to new members. The way I see it, I thin out the bad apples. There is no room for weaklings, only the strong survive here at Battlefront. The question is: Is "Beginner's Luck" a survivor? Will he too become apart of the elite SC community? Only time will tell.......

Kid, both of them have been around since SC1 came out (2002). If they were the same person, I'm sure they would have been "found out" long ago. That or Moon (whose the SC forum's moderator for you newbs) is completely incompetent. But I doubt that’s the case. btw, you spelled "beginner's" wrong......
