Just unzip the zipfile so you get the zipfile containing the ruleset. Then start up CMMOS, click configure, click the rule-set tab, click add, select the zipfile containing the rule-set and Bjorn stronginthearm is your uncle.

ehm, I think it asks for your CMBO executable and your CMBB executable. Which is not too weird considering it can be used for both games.

IIRC about 1.429 kg if we are talking about UBR-243.

Your mortar is also out of range. That is what "Out of range distance 68m" means when you check it with the LOS tool. Mortars have a minimun range to prevent the teams from shelling themselves. It is not a good idea to shoot (almost) straight up, no telling where the shells may land. They also have to wait until they are setup before they can start firing. Do you have an Nvidia card? I had the same problem (with CMBO as well)until I switched to the latest Nvidia drivers. That fixed it for me.
