A 1000p ME on a medium sized map usually takes somewhere around an hour for me and my regular opponent to complete.

I did a search on this subject but didn't find anything useful.
Can anyone give me some good tactics for attacking with infantry in CMBB? I am sick of being trashed by the AI in every QB I play as the attacker.
For example, how long do I have to fire to suppress the enemy enough to assault it if I have one MG area firing on a 3x1 patch of wood with one enemy platoon in it?

CMBB runs fine on my 500MHz, 128 RAM with a Geforce 3 card.
I don't think there should be any problems running it on a 450 if your friend has a decent 3d card.

Have you ever thrown a molotov cocktail in real life? If you have, you would have noticed that they aren't very effective in open spaces. I doubt that a molotov can set a house on fire or be very effective in a forest.
Also, if you were equipped with a rifle and a molotov and had enemies shooting at you at short range, would you rather take the time to light and throw a molotov or fire your weapon?

I had a Platoon HQ knock out a T-34 in a CMBB scenario.

One of my Axis Rifle 44 squads in CMBO once killed 59 enemy infantry and 2 mortars. I have the screenshot on my HD but I am unsure on how to post it here.
