you can get any tank with an FT. depends on terrain how likely it is . FT with covered arc&hiding and tank buttoned up helps.
if you have to move to get the tank... spotted=dead.

Thanks Kingfish, take your time.Originally posted by Kingfish:Lindan,
The answer is 'yes', the overflow will happen. However, I ask that you bear with me for a bit. I am litterally diving into this headfirst. The regular tourney was already on cruise control when all this happened, but yours needs to start from a dead stop. I have the keys in the ignition, I just need to find out how to put in into gear.

May I ask if the OVERFLOW tourney is going to kick off?

No, I'm not an undercover JU agent.
After reading this crap I got a bit out of control for some minutes and - it just happened.
I planned to cancel my abo anyways.

the automated reply-letter just arrived in my inbox. they say "thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it very much"... to bad a robot can't read!

this is one of the worst things I ever read in Spiegel. I just wrote an email to the editor,
telling them what I think of it. disgusting.

Simple: swap the 2 filenames and you are done.Originally posted by JP Jones:They look cool, but a suggestion...
swap the pictures for "1 player" and "e-mail". The 1 player button is a picture of 2 guys, and the e-mail button is a picture of one guy. If it were the other way around it would be more logical IMHO.

thanks for the mod, very appreciated.

I can't really put my finger on it, but the book just doesn't "feel" right to me. While reading other accounts of the eastfront I didn't doubt the contents. But in TFS the names are strange, the expressions for items seem off etc. etc . Compare this book to Bidermann, Eichner and others and it leaves a strange taste in your mouth.
Nontheless some parts were a good read.

I sent a copy to Hiram Sedai. Should be about the same as the museum.Originally posted by Firefly:You'd better send a copy to the British Museum, before your hard drive packs up.

Great news. Going to get some extra furious TNT.

Finally someone modded one of my favourite vehicles! Thanks!
(don't give me that look, I also like the early Marders and the Su-76!)

Try "Fall Blau" for a hefty carrier action.

According to my sources, the reload time for the Sturmtiger was "about 12 minutes for an experienced crew". CMBB is quite generous, but I think thats not a problem for something that is never used except for fun.Originally posted by MikeyD:As to Sturmtiger, I remember the Beta group found various references that gave a reload rate from 3 to 5 minutes. I can't recall anything over 5. BFC went with the three minute reload rate. What's that old saying, a scholar is only as good as his sources.

I noticed that my site for CMBO (lindan.panzershark.com) was taken down without me getting notified. It was hosted by Panzershark and is just gone. I didn't update it for ages, but it had a nostalgic feel to it.
If I hadn't a backup on my harddisk, the original PENG challenge thread would have been lost forever...
Currently I have 2 sites for CMBB with identical content. You find them in my sig. Exams came in the way so I couldn't fully build the site, but I have this scheduled for the first half of february.

Excellent!
Now stop routing my Rumanians...

Para, I know you're online. Post Post Post!

If you use the command with low-ROF vehicles like a Su 1xx it's very effective.

ahem... while "God", "Master" or "Overlord" are sometimes used to address me, "Linden" has to be someone different...

Vadr: ask him for his password and send me a turn prior to the surrender. I'll gladly pick up the game and continue. (you may include a note to where EXACTLY you send the tanks, so I can get ready...)

Normal scale, colored bases (shift- and tree toggle (shift-t) should work nicely. On large maps don't forget to take a look at the horizon range settings (shift-h).

Exposure gives a percentage of how much the unit is covered by "something". Probably the program doesn't check for this "something" getting blown throught the unit...Originally posted by CombinedArms:Normally exposure of 0% occurs when an infantry unit is hiding behind a stone wall. Is that possible here? It's still possible to damage them, esp with 152mm.

I really like to blow up tanks with Marders or Su76. they are cheap but it's very satisfying to use them successfully in a sneaky ambush.
I have to say that I play mostly 41-42 games..
when it comes to a "sexy" vehicle, nothing beats the Jagdpanther! If you have the chance, try to see one in "real life". It looks plain deadly and agressive.
