I can't unpack the CMBB demo for Mac 9.x with StuffitExpander 6.0.1. It keeps saying the archive is corrupt. It's 64.4 MB. Is that the correct size? I've downloaded it several times. Is there an alternate download site? Do I need to update my Stuffit Expander? Has anyone else seen this?

SuperTed!!!!!!!, I'd love to play in your newbie tournament, but I only have the CM demo. I'm still waiting on CMBO to arrive (can't wait ). I'd like to get some experience at least against the computer before I go up against real humans.

Once any mines (AT or pers) are detected, are engineer squads capable of disabling them?

Yeah the zook fired. It was a, pardon the pun, heated exchange, between one US rifle squad, one US zook and one German Infantry? that snuck up behind us in the woods. A learning experience for me. I was too eager to get into the woods and stop the advance on the other side of the hill.

I'm a newbie and I was playing Chance Encounter, when what looked like a forrest fire started in the woods. I don't believe there were any flamethrowers in the scenario. Are forrest fires common in firefights between infantry squads? Oh yeah, there was one bazooka squad involved too. :confused:

I am new to CM. First I must say Excellent game. I played Squad Leader in High School and College and only played a few scenarios of ASL before I joined the real US Army. For some strange reason I stopped playing when I joined and only recently found CM and I'm addicted again to gaming again. Now for the question. Like I said, I am new to CM. Last night I started playing the "Valley of Trouble" scenario as the Axis and I noticed the Arty reference point. How is this used? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :confused:
