Ok, had some blasted internet problems over the weekend, I have fixed them and tunrs are out!
-
Snarker I sent a set up, should help you get past your losing streak.
-
Dave I'll take up the challenge.

Those Italian troops would have been cut to ribbons if they had tried to leave the compound. I know better than to take on the SAS with green troops!
-
Snarker, we haven't fought in a while are you up for a game?
-
Good game Axe, your Brens were doing better than my Italian MMGs at suppression  Got any preferences for the next game? Wouldn't want to saddle ya with some set-up that does not interest you. If not, I'll just make up the game and hope you like it too.
-
Well Axe I hope they find something in there!!! If not I really need to re-evalute how good my playing must be if you turn out to be "empty headed"
-
Okay, okay, Wallybob's Viscious Tiger Team (WVTT) kicked my @$$ My eyebrows have finally grown back from the flaming I got and am ready for a rematch scenario. Well, I think I am anyway...
-
I seem to be having the worst luck ever, my match with Wallybob is turning into a massacre. Everytime his troops open fire I lose about five guys per burst. If it hadn't been for the fact that I actually had a Sherman take a StugIII round to the front at 100yds without being penetrated I'd wonder if something was up! It is going that bad for me ...  Ghhhhaaaaaaaa! Must re-charge anger meter!
Damn you and your SS Wallybob! Damn the Aussie SAS (pixel version only) Axe!

Yeah, right now I have three PBEMs going and am behind in all three Oh well, I've seen better days....
-
Did anyone mention that the Italians had a much shorter supply line to Africa than the British did? With internet shopping everyone knows more about the cost of shipping these days!
Also, forcing an Expeditionary force off your coast, when their principal ally folds like a house of cards (France) is not really that huge an accomplishment (folding France in three weeks was though!). Had it been easy to fight a cross channel conflict the Germans would have done it now wouldn't they?
-
Okay, I'm back after a terrible loss of internet all week.....
-
Axe are you afraid that after our draw you cannot get out of your "draw" rut? All you have to do is lose.....
-
Pah! Wallybob is no more dangerous than any other haggis eating entity. Why, if he sent me a set up, I'd beat his ass red! (hint hint)

"Wallybob the other white meat"
Axe you need to send a set up too!

Are you sure Glantz isn't Army? His uniform does not look USAF to me. (I've only lived around the USAF for 26 years so unless his uniform is really old....)
-
I thought Custers last words were "Those gamey bastards!"
-
Axe, everytime something of mine leaves an adobe building you shoot it. Besides, the building just happen to be sitting on the objectives....
-
Axe nicely did to me what the AI has not done yet. He flanked me and by turn 4 or 5 had 3 of my 5 M3s knocked out. Bastard. Luckily, he did not seem to like where my Aircobra dropped its 500 pounder. Go USAAF!
-
No, not overseas unfortunately, but still plenty of work to do...sending a set up Axe (well, not a "set up" but a game--get ready to hail el douce )
