As the game is still under development and no demo is out I wouldnt complain about the activity here.
Pretty much everything has been discussed regarding the game, and there´s only so much "W00T W00T, the game will R00X00RS!!1!1!" posts you can read...

Of the "out of the box" scenarios and operations, I cant remember that a single one is on a same map. Correct me if Im wrong, but I think you are safe on playing any of them without fear of "playing doubles".

I asked around last December, but there were not very many interested parties. ATM my RL is fully booked and no chance to participate. I played with the idea of arranging it in out company conference-room which usually have the possibility to set up LANs...
The idea of arranging it on the ferry isnt bad, its in fact brilliant. A problem might be that nobody will be in any shape to use a computer. At least of the Finns, the sissy Swedes dont know what to do with a proper vodka-bottle. They probably keep it on their pretty little IKEA-shelf for its visual aspects...

Every forum has its idjits. BFC managed to stuff the most active ones here in these two threads. They rarely venture out which is very good.
Ignore them.
And I really mean it, if you see one of them free look the other way.

Using the "Move" command they are faster, if you "Fast" or "Fire" they take their skies off. At least if they fire, not sure about the Fast Move part...

Yes, a bit. To the casual gamer though the biggest difference is in the setting. No more vast steppes of Ukraine, just the vast deserts of northern Africa... Points the opponent gets for destroyed enemy troops, tanks and vehicles is proportional to their value. Thats why jeep-rushes were discussed heavily years ago, worth almost nothing in victory points but the amount of knowledge you could get on enemy positions, priceless...
