I'm not a grognard by any stretch of the imagination. I find tactical wargaming, dull, dry and unexciting. However, I found that rare gem that appealed to me, Combat Mission. Just because I hate hex games doesn't mean I'm stupid.

What games would you say in your personal opinion come close to the entertainment that CM provides? When you give your answer, please eclude HEX based games and the Close Combat Series......(because they suck) I'm trying to get a clue as to what to buy next. Many a time I have downloaded a game to see what it is like and more often than not, I've been disappointed.

Yeah, they're all saying it sucks. But see, the thing is, it's different than that hex ****. I TOTALLY hate those hex games with a number and an icon, those games totally suck and I don't know how anyone can have any fun playing that crap. I mean, those games are in to large a number and they aren't fun at all! I bought one of them once, and I turned it off in 2 seconds realising what I just bought and how awful it as.
