So zooks/Panzerschrecks still have zero chance of setting fire to the firers building?

Michael
yep they are from a re-enactment group. Their site has some great images however they do have a mixture of Canadian and Brit throughout. I guess the image I used wasnt labled. I had a feeling it looked "the odd man out". I will edit out the wings, I noted also that the Canandian uniform (at the site) has a yellow bar on the shoulder?
[edit - wings removed and file updated]

Dont worry the link supplied by dicegamer has it as mp3Originally posted by Pud:At 6 mb and 32mb Im assuming the file is a .wav file? Any chance of posting the 32mb file as a mp3, it will be ALOT smaller (32mb probably end up around 4mb). Converting to from wav-mp3 is a piece of cake, lots of shareware available for the job.
Im on dialup and would love the full version.

Treat it as a tempter for some full CMBO action.Originally posted by Other Means:you know, i was going to get CMAK after Crimbo, to do my bit to smooth out BFC's cash flow. and you people are making it *really hard*.
(Was going to make some comment about being *real hard* but as everyone knows we australians aren't uncouth I let it slide

I personally use Magua's Normandy hedge.
All are avalable in cmmos from www.combatmission.com (direct link to file here hedges.zip.
Its in cmmos format just rename whatever bmp you intend to use to 1217.bmp
[edit - PS hedge and bocage use same file, bocage is a stretched hedge bmp file]

I did this for my benefit, grab it if you like it. Click image for larger image.
Available from here Terrain Page

There is 9 to choose from cmbo which work fine in CMAK. Same file number and all.

I like the Italian setting, the African maps dont offer the manoeuvrist many options so I stay clear of them. The Italian setting has a CMBO/CMBB hybrid feel. Well worth it for the Commonwealth troop/AFV selections once again.
Game play is CMBB although things dont seem to hit their targets as frequently? Does anyone esle get this impression?
Think CMBO with a 2 cups of easy routing, a heaped spoonful of suppression all topped off with a large plate of dust.

Will do with the briefings. I put exit zones as I still get routed units running towards enemy without them, not sure why. With them they tend to run back.Originally posted by Monty:Thanks Pud, i only miss the briefings in the scenario.
I dont have CMBO on my HD, so i cant read the original briefings.
Could you add them and did you change anything in this scenario compared with the original ?
I see exit zone's on both sides, is that right?
Monty
Edit - taken off line to do a few changes.

Its not exactly the same as there is no cromwell tanks, had to substitute Valentines and thin skinned churchills.
The fog of war certainly makes it harder, my tiger kept getting killed from invisible attackers (since you remain button the whole time)

Mine to. Memories......was I really playing it for the first time 3 years ago!
I feel old, now where did I leave my blasted zimmer frame....

(Hint thats Wittmann with his knoggin poking out!)
New scenario for CMAK, see sig

A blank Italy map for (ME) Quickbattles, based on Chris Hares "Bocage Country" CMBO map (my favourite map).
Get it from sig.

I, like you, prefer QB on premade maps. I have a couple on my website. Im playing these maps at the moment, when I finish these games I will do some more. Let me know if you like them.
