Aliright I've read some of the peng thread's and while not my cup of tea so what..then I read the thread title peng want's to make me hurl...an see that it got locked down..what's wrong with this picture.Stop acting like the PTA...if anything the peng thread was(is) worse..the only thing I don't like is seeing
people's thread's shut down for something as trivial as expressing an honest opinion.
At any rate the moment i saw that thread title I burst out laughing!...very funny panzer leader!

Awhile back oh I'd say 2 or 3 month's ago I was surfing around one of the sim site's an to my sutprise there was a beta of microsoft's directx 8.ob kicking around I said hey why not even thou a little voice in my head said no,so i quickly put it in,well it worked great any way i went back to this sim site a couple of day's an the file was no longer there read some post's how it was'nt supposed to be posted...well micrsoft has done it again turn's out this thing expire's after 60 day or 90 day's an....you guessed it
will not allow you to put it back in what's worse is that when I tried to install directx 7 it said...you guessed it more up to date version of directx already installed aborting installation...now cmbo won't run as well as other various titles so I figure I can hunt down all it's entries in registry... fat chance try an reinstall window's(more than likely) or format an reinstall...(hell no!)
if anyone's got a better idea let me know this really blow's.

nazis..schmazis.....this is the last place I would expect someone to be politcally correct..was this thread started just so you could get replies to your post's?...way back when when board game's were the norm...we just called them "cardboard nazi's" because ww2 was the only thing they were interested in no civil war no napoleonic's...an definetly no elephant's although hannibal an his boy could squash you flatter than any panzer belive it or not the ss were pretty tactily inferior to alotta german formation's.At any rate alotta the response's are pretty funny to read.....HIEL DEM FHURER!!...haha a little joke.

totally agree evoulution is the key to man...hate to be obvious but look at the internet..hell game's in general..they made a quantam leap...an at the risk at sounding sacroligious..so will this game when it's cloned.

Well I'm playing waterloo by talon soft an it's a good game because it's a set piece battle prelude to waterloo is also good don't have est front though did'nt like the toy symbol's a the scale was'nt right for me

have'nt had much chance to play all that much latley.... been busy but I remeber some guy posting awhile back talking about the lighting an I think this game does night battle's extremly well but imagine if it was really dark an you could do starshell's like say the lighting in deusx...wow i could almost see the enemy cringing upon being illuminated..oh well just a thought...if you build it they will come

well the battle at the north end of the arnhem bridge between grabner's recon battalion (about half of it no sp's) lasted about 2 hour's 120 turn's so I would say guess not.
