  1. I'm really having trouble knowing how tanks actually compare to one another. I have a pretty good idea about the U.S. v. German tanks, but when it comes to the Soviets, I'm almost clueless.

Is there anywhere where I can find a chart or a comparison of tanks. I.E. "The Sherman is pretty equal to the PzIV" or "These tanks can knock a Tiger out"?

    Thanks.

  2. Don't you think Battlefront should work on some sort of fix? I find them very unrealistic, the way the work now. During the pause between two battles, it's in CMBO/CMBB/CMAK perfectly possible to group your guns/trucks or whatever within a few meters of the enemy, without even knowing. What actually decides those zones, anyway?

  3. Well, I just noticed something. I can't believe I've never seen this - has it been there all the time? But time adds up every time I right-click to order movement.

As for the MG:s, Maybe it was one of those "the-command-line-says-you have-LOS-but-you-don't" kind of things.

  4. I'm playing a campaign right now, where my units are behaving weird. A tank I have is given order to move, and the display says 5 secs delay. The whole turn passes, the tank doesn't move. Next order phase he has 23 secs remaining. It's a Veteran, independent tank. Any clue why?

Same battle: a couple of MG42s are order to come out of hiding and start firing. (All target lines are clear) - still they don't fire, and remain hidden... getting killed in the process.

It's a night battle, and the campaign briefing says the units are exhausted (but that's not shown in the unit display in any way)

    Why???

  5. I started this thread looong ago. However, I recently upgraded my drivers, hoping I wouldn't have to use the "ALT-TAB" thing anymore. I was wrong, and worse, now the ALT-TAB thing won't work. If I try using it the screen goes black. The sound's there, but I can't see anything. If I re-install the old drivers the problem's still there. I can play the game though, if I don't ALT-TAB at all.

Another thing, I have a feeling this happened once before, but I can't seem to remember what I did to fix it that time. (btw, it's MSI FX5200, WinXP)
