1. iMac 333 MHz, 288 MB RAM, and that chunky 6 MB ATI Rage Pro graphics card...haha... But right now I'm running it on a 450 MHz G4 with 128 MB RAM and a Rage 128 Pro. But it'll be back to the iMac in exactly one month. So I probably won't be playing CMBB very soon...I'll still buy it though -Andrew
2.
quote:
I agree that 1 to 1 representation wouldnt be practical at this time. But perhaps 1 to 2 or even 1 to 3 would be a good thing.

Um...full-strength German rifle squads have nine men, right? A three man representation would mean a one to three ratio. -Andrew EDIT: (Damn you, Vanir! ) [ 07-20-2001: Message edited by: Mirage2k ]
3. And actually, there are times in CM when a tank will show a "turret penetration" or "hull penetration" and keep fighting. This doesn't happen very often (at least in my experience), and usually the crew is "shocked" for a bit, which seems accurate. So I'm not really sure what the complaint is about. -Andrew [ 07-15-2001: Message edited by: Mirage2k ]
4. It looks like...a giant overflowing cesspool! -Andrew
5. The reason you're missing graphics is that the demo only includes the graphics that are used in the included scenarios. So if you want to play more scenarios, you've got to get the full version. -Andrew
6. Friendly fire is modeled in the game. I'm not sure about the height advantage. Where you say "only the upper half of their bodies are visible to the enemy" remember that the three men shown are only a representation of what's actually happening. So just because the three little guys only have the upper half of their bodies exposed, it does not mean that every man in the squad or team is in such a position. -Andrew (Grrr to you and your faster fingers, Commissar) [ 05-20-2001: Message edited by: Mirage2k ]
