Team play is encouraged by missions. If you want to be part of a close team, find a good squad. A monthly fee will weed out the jerks.

Ya but not with the main gun and definately this is not standard. What I think might be better is if a tank with a hunt command comes to a stop in a hull down position, the gun should depress to the LOS line it has with the horizon.
The benifit to the player is better reaction to a threat. The gun is already lowered so less timed wasted for the crew.

Why is it that a tank on a slope, in a hull down position, points it's gun to the sky? Shouldn't the gun point to the horizon if the tank has los to the horizon? The threat might come from the horizon, but it will never come from the sky.

Another command that I would like is ...move forward and if you spot anything, stop, do not shoot unless fired upon. This would be good for recon.

I've been playing DOD for two days now. It's immersive. WWiionline should be better but this is a little taste. There's no mission structure. Everyone does thier own thing. Very gritty, fast paced killing.

Note: There are some disturbing pictures in the holocaust section but I think they are meant as a way of accepting that terrible things did happen. Therefore by presenting interesting facts about the wehrmacht with a section depicting the horrors of war, the negative shadow that trails behind is not ignored. The German war machine then is not glorified.

So then , the left and right areas of the brain fire off a message at the same time to the spine. At exactly the same time. For those two halfs to fire a message at the same time, they must also be stimulated at the same time,..by what? Thier stimualtion comes from where?

You know, I kinda guessed that that might be happenning but then I thought that you can move both hands up and down and at different speeds. So just one command to the spine for every infinite possiblities of motion for both hands? Guess that's it.Thanks.

I see the analogy. But if we stick with the example of just raising two hands at the same time, not talking and walking at the same time, there must be a section of the brain that is generating 2 signals simultaneously? No?

Does anybody know why a human brain can do multitasks at the same time while a cpu has to quickly switch from one task to another?
For instance, you can lift both arms at the same time. Does your brain give the lift signal to each arm alternatively really fast or is it simultaneously? How can it be simultaneously if you only have one brain? If the brain can do tasks at the same time, why can't computers?

If a tank has trees behind him, will an enemy unit in front of him have a harder time spotting the tank than if the tank was on a hill?
