How do you order a truck to move to a new position and then unload its troops in the same move. if i give the truck the move order first the dismount order is greyed out. But if i give the dismount order first they dismount and walk . surley you can tell a truck to move to a point and then unload its troops in the same move ???

Give the truck a move order, and the troops inside a move order to where you want them to go when they dismount. The passangers won't move until the truck stops at the end of its move, and then they will get out and move to their waypoint.

But what about a jeep with a mg squad with only 1 icon ?? i cant move and then dismount them in the same move ??

Nope. Sucks, don't it. :) The 6-man teams are the biggest single reason I'd like to see a "weapons carrier" (Dodge WC51 or the like) with that bit more maneuvrability than a truck, but big enough to take an MG squad in combat loadout, plus the driver.
