dieseltaylor
I wonder what happens if you give it to women/ Surely more important : ) A study by Applied Science and Nutrition in conjunction with the Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine, of the University of Queensland's medical school, found men taking the herb fenugreek can boost their sex drive by at least a quarter. The trial involved 60 healthy men aged 25-52 taking a 600ml extract of the bean-like plant, which is often used in Indian curries, twice a day for six weeks. Their libido levels were monitored to assess any changes after three and six weeks. After six weeks, their scores had soared by an average of 16.1 to 20.6 - a 28 per cent rise. A second group of men took dummy pills and saw their scores fall, Luis Vitetta, director of the Centre for Integrative Clinical and Molecular Medicine, said. Fenugreek seeds contain compounds called saponins which are thought to stimulate production of male sex hormones including testosterone. The trial, which measured sexual drive, urge and desire had shown the treatment produced "a significant improvement in sexual function and performance", the researchers said. And to answer my own question: http://diabetes.emedtv.com/fenugreek/fenugreek-side-effects.html whilst this site has some history and also has it curing most of the worlds diseases! http://www.vortexhealth.net/fenugreek.html
