Viceroy Posted March 20, 2004 Share Posted March 20, 2004 I just got sent a virus from CMMODS, so be careful if you get any email from administration@cozog.com The virus is called W32.Beagle.M@mm and details can be found at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.beagle.m@mm.html My Nortons nailed it straight away, so update your virus software if you have to. Sergei Posted March 20, 2004 Share Posted March 20, 2004 Mr. Picky might suggest that it does not have to be a virus sent from cozog.com as such, rather the virus mimicks being sent from such an address ('administration@cozog.com' might not even exist). There could be administration@-anything in the 'from' field. But yes, always be careful with suspicious e-mails that have suspicious attachments!
