Fenris
Watching the awesome VAARs in RT I got to thinking... As I understand it in a wego minute everything has already been calculated before you watch it play out and in RT it's all on the fly. If that's true does that help with fps in larger engagements? Am curious as my PC is a few years old. Thanks
Jaws
No real difference here. I tested both to see if there was a difference. On my older machine (dual core) I tested at what fps it was still reasonable playable. I pushed it with all settings at max at 1920-1200 and got 7 fps but it still was able to play the game well. For a 1st person shooter you need at least 20 fps to keep up in a multi-player game but for CMBN lower fps is not a show stopper. Still you can improve the fps very well by bringing the settings to balance. So if you have a dual core I wouldn’t worry too much.
