paullus
In the three TCP/IP games I have attempted to complete, my system registered General Protection Faults and quick out of the game. (Noticed by a freeze screen, then I quit and the error message is on my desktop). I checked the error log (in the database), but its blank. System - Windows ME, 350Mhz Pentium II, 128 Megs RAM, Voodoo Banshee 16 Meg Card, Cd-ROM, DVD-ROM, DSL/Ethernet connection Any ideas?
Schrullenhaft
Do you get a GPF dialog box when you crash ? If so BTS would probably like to know the "details" (by clicking the Details button). This will give them some info on whether there is something conflicting in your particular system or possibly an internal code problem with CM.
paullus
Actually, I didn't have the opportunity to click details (it wasn't an option). I would love to what the conflict might be. Anybody have even a guess as to what might be wrong? (other than me
Guest Madmatt
Paullus, just send me the errorlog.txt file that Combat Mission creates (its in the root of the directory) and fill out the Bug Report form in full. Thanks! Madmatt
