Moon Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 Yes. An automated email confirmation is sent in response to every request. If you didn't, then it was blocked by your or your ISP's spam filters. As many automated emails do. Make sure to whitelist the email address. You can look up your ticket nevertheless by going to www.battlefront.com/helpdesk, logging in (with the email you sent your original email from), and opening the ticket.
