Moon Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 The Repository is tracking download ATTEMPTS, not completed downloads. The download limits (which are in place to prevent excessive file leeching) reset after 24 hours. If you are getting timeouts trying to download, make sure that your PC and browser are able to download using the file transfer protocol (FTP).
