Castrum16 Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 This is for the administrators: I Installed my copy of the theater War, the installation was optimum I put the respective patchs. When I started the game and I created my profile, later when I wanted to go back to the menu the game closed completely. Im in need of your help to figure out what the problem is. Moon Posted October 7, 2009 Share Posted October 7, 2009 Please submit a support ticket at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk. Please include as many details as you can about your PC hardware etc. The ticket forms have all the necessary fields that we're usually requiring for this type of support. And as a first self-help: make sure that you have installed and are running the game with full administrator rights or have UAC (User Access Control) shut off if you have Windows Vista.
