Schrullenhaft
Unfortunately, no. It seems with Apple's push for OpenGL, the RAVE drivers for the 9000 series don't seem to be getting the QA they had in the past. This whole video card family on the Mac has this problem (probably because CM is in 16-bit color). I don't know if ATI/Apple will ever address this problem; maybe if we're lucky. I didn't realize that this was the same question in the other thread. The thread that Wicky posted is quite informative if you want to read through all of it. One partial solution posted could help, but it will still be distracting and annoying. Apple has really focused on OpenGL, especially with OS X.x and it appears that the video card developers have done something simlilar by focusing their engineering on OpenGL too. Unfortuntely I don't think that there will be a complete answer to this problem for the current series of CM (CMBO, CMBB & CMAK) under RAVE. CMx2 which will be programmed in OpenGL should have no problems. [ November 15, 2003, 05:00 PM: Message edited by: Schrullenhaft ]
