Col. Gen. Guderian
It's in my control panel, but when i select it the timer signal appears briefly and a window opens for all of a second then it closes and nothing happens, it never loads up. I've already followed the instructions here: http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=45&Itemid=30 That hasn't fixed the problem, anyone know how to help? The reason I want to access it is because I think I have SC2 installed somewhere on a computer but I don't know which. I really want the eLicence freed up from whichever computer it is on. Can this be done through eLicence control? Or do I have to e-mail eLicence themselves?
Moon
eLicense control is not needed to unlicense a game. It's one possibility out of 3 or 4 that are there. However, in your situation, probably the easiest way instead of hunting through your PC(s) is to simply submit a ticket at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk. Include your license key and a copy of your post here, please. We can simply reset the key for you from our end.

Moon
The eLicense service unfortunately won't run on some PCs. No idea why to be honest, probably some low level security stuff that is preventing it from firing up since it requires access to some root Windows functions. Or somefink... The best way to free up your license is to submit a ticket at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk in the eLicense department. We can reset your key without the hassle of looking for where it's installed.
