keenrw Posted October 25, 2002 Share Posted October 25, 2002 Hi I have a problem with Combat mission (OB) in that when i select 2xAA or Quiucunx it doesnt load it just stops with a black screen and the words "CDV presents ...." if i use 4x and over it loads up ok . I have a GF4 ti 4400 and im using the 30.00 drivers ( for now as i normally use the 40.72s ) on Win 98se . Does any one else have this problem? rune Posted October 25, 2002 Share Posted October 25, 2002 Known bug with the NVidia driver, and other games are also having problems. Use the 30.82 or the 27.XX drivers. PIATpunk Posted October 25, 2002 Share Posted October 25, 2002 I suspect that people who can't rescue from a black screen when using 2x FSAA might have a different screen refresh rate set for CMBB in comparison with desktop resolution refresh rate. I also found I got a good result by setting my desktop resolution to 16bit instead of 32 bit, and now the game snaps quickly in and out when alt-tabbing. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Im buying Combat missions 2 tomorrow so i will be playing that for a little while , will i get the same problems with that game ?
