arado234 Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 Imho shouldnt we be allowed to upgrade units that have been built and are about to be placed?If the units in question were being formed in reality you can bet they would be given the option to recieve the best available wepons before they were sent to battle(in our case,placed on the map).
